Using a specific sequence of conscious connected breathing, we guide you through a somatic experience designed to down-regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and access the clarity that stress has been blocking. Supported by a carefully curated soundscape throughout.
03 Full Presence & Attunement
This isn't a recording you follow. We are present and attuned to your experience the entire time — adjusting the pace, offering guidance, and holding the space so you can fully let go without managing yourself.
