Psychedelic breathwork uses specific breathing techniques to naturally alter consciousness and access expanded states of awareness. Through sustained rhythmic breathing, the practice activates your body's own neurochemistry, creating experiences often compared to plant medicine journeys, without any substances.
This practice allows what's held in your subconscious - emotions, insights, memories - to surface for processing and integration. It's a direct pathway inward.
Unlike meditation, which often emphasises calm and stillness, breathwork actively moves energy. It can be intense, cathartic, and deeply releasing. Many describe it as being like years of 'therapy' or coaching in a single session.

Step 1
Discover

Step 2
Define
Most people are trapped living their stories. This step is about defining what's working, what isn't, and what you most want to change. This usually takes the form of at least one coaching call of approximately 60 minutes prior to your first breathwork session.
Step 3
Breathe
We meet for your psychedelic breathwork session, which is approximately 60-90 minutes in duration. Expect access to enhanced neuroplasticity, heightened mental clarity, profound shifts in perspective, and a material shift in emotional state.
Step 4
Align
Peak experiences are great, but the benefits and the work don't stop there. Together, we'll plan an integration and change process that delivers well into the future. This often includes additional breathwork sessions, spaced at intervals tailored to your response. Coaching sessions are approximately 60 minutes in duration.
